Gleva's 48 Hours Replacement Policy.

At Gleva, we understand that sometimes you may have received a damaged product. In such cases, we have a 48 hours replacement/return policy.

If you have received a damaged product or the product received is different from what was ordered, or any part of the product received is missing, please replace the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice.

To initiate a replacement request, please send a mail to care@gleva.in within 48 hours of delivery, providing all necessary details, and an unboxing video of the product received. Please note that replacement requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery shall not be entertained by us.

All items to be replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags. Please ensure that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

 

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction by providing a suitable replacement or return option.
