How we collect reviews.
The reviews on our product pages come from messages and emails that customers sent us. We show them with their permission.
From your message to the page.
We show the reviews customers chose to send us. When we add a review app, we will update this page.

Step 1: A customer writes to us
They tell us what they think of something they bought, by message or email.

Step 2: We ask first
We only show a review on our site if the customer says yes.

Step 3: Light edits only
We may shorten a review, fix typing slips or translate it into English. We do not change what it says.

Step 4: Send us yours
Email care@gleva.in with your order number and your review. Photos are welcome. To change or remove a review you sent, email us too.
